The one rule. We never invent a fact about your firm. Misleading information is a ground for exclusion under the Procurement Act 2023E2. Where your pack is thin, the answer says so and the gap list says what to add.

Work is done by two-person teams, with the working area fenced with Heras panels before the first cut and signed at both cemetery gatesE14.
